3. Orders

Orders are placed directly on our website through the online ordering process. The buyer agrees to provide accurate information when placing the order. Once confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent.

4. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping

We ship products within France and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and the chosen delivery method. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

At Soundtoparts.com, we are committed to providing high-quality parts for your vintage synthesizers and audio equipment. However, if you need to return a product, please review the following conditions:

Return Period: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, with all accessories and original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:
Integrated circuits (ICs) and other sensitive electronic components cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, except in case of defect.

Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

• Original shipping fees (from us to you) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Procedure:
Before returning a product, please contact us at contact@soundtoparts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Defective Products or Order Errors:
If you receive a defective item or one different from what was ordered, we will cover return shipping and either an exchange or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the return is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

PayPal Transaction Fees:
In case of a cancellation or return initiated by the customer, PayPal transaction fees are not refunded to the seller. These fees will therefore be deducted from the refund amount. They typically range between 3% and 5% of the total, depending on the currency and country.

7. Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under the French Consumer Code. In case of non-conformity or defect, the buyer may request an exchange or refund, as preferred. The warranty does not cover:

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Marseille.
If the buyer is a consumer residing in the EU, mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply.
